Q: Do you guys have a blog? I want to follow the changes to the domain management tools.
Yes, we just started a blog to discuss domain management, the domain business, and a little bit of Internet marketing. Check out the CoDomain blog.

Q: I'm concerned about keeping my passwords on here.
You do not need to use the password storage features to get benefit out of this website. Remembering passwords is only 10% of the problem with domain management. The bigger issues - where is my site hosted? Who registered it? What registrar? What's my most expensive hosting company? Which websites are on the same IP Address? What's the URL for the control panel and the billing system? DomainDB provides easy access to all this information and more.

Q: I don't understand the billing system?
Organizations pay the bills. An organization can have many members, and a member can belong to multiple organizations. If you are an independant contractor that wishes to store two different companies under your account and doesn't wish to create a separate account for your client, you can create two different categories for the domains. You will likely not want to share the account with other users in this case.

Q: I'm a consultant-can I manage multiple companies?
Absolutely. Log In. Go to the Dashboard. Click "Organization Management", and scroll to the bottom. If the organization already has an account, you can use the Organization ID and Organization Key given to you by the leader of the organization. Otherwise, you can create a new organization account for that organization here.

Q: I'm an employer-can I manage multiple employees?
Absolutely. Log In. Go to the Dashboard. Click "Organization Management", click "Edit Organization," you will be shown your ID and Key. Give this to the people that you want to have access to your domains. If you want to kick people off the team, go back to the organization listing, and select your organization. You can delete employees from there.

Q: Could you explain the free trial?
You have 30 days free. You can close your account at any time during this 30 day trial. On the 30th day, your account will be charged for the plan you selected.

Q: Listen, you have a cool logo/I need a T-Shirt/Gimme Swag/I like coffee
Ok. This one hasn't been asked yet, but we wanted T-Shirts, too so we have some for sale here.
